At least College Graduate
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with customers
Computer Literacy to navigate and utilize systems efficiently
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
