Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers proficiently.
Assess customers’ needs and provide personalized guidance.
Maintain optimal call durations while ensuring a friendly, informative, and helpful approach.
Uphold productivity and quality benchmarks.
Exhibit a sense of urgency in addressing customer queries.
Escalate customer issues accurately and promptly.
Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, reflecting positively on the company.
Utilize departmental resources, policies, and procedures effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BPO Experience is an advantage but not required
Candidate must be K12 graduate or at least 2 years college undergraduate (without back subjects) in any field
Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
