Qualifications:
• Below 2nd year College Completed: At least 1 Year BPO Experience
• College Graduate: No BPO Experience Required
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide information on account balances, transactions, and financial products.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
