Position: Accounting and Admin Assistant

Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Work set up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology or courses of the same field.
✨ With at least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable
✨ Knowledgeable of Taxation Law, BIR regulations and Memorandums is an advantage.
✨ Amenable to work on site
✨ Amenable to attend Face to Face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To monitor the posting and settlement of the clients’ payments and verifying that each payment has been issued with appropriate receipts.
✨ To prepare the list of Official Invoices/Billings and checking of the accuracy and completeness of the details
✨ Reconciliation of the Official Invoices/Billings with the system pro-forma invoices
✨ To monitor the Form 2307 made by and/or issued on behalf of the company
✨ To prepare the information for the filing of quarterly VAT
