Derma Doctor (Commission-Based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Conduct thorough consultations and skin examinations.

2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions.

3. Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and laser treatments.

4. Administer cosmetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures.

5. Stay updated on the latest dermatological treatments, technologies, and research.

6. Provide expert advice on skincare and prevention of skin conditions.

7. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

8.Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive care.

9. Communicate treatment plans and follow-up care instructions clearly and effectively.

10. Address patient concerns and answer questions regarding their skin health and treatments.

11.Actively promote the clinic’s dermatology and cosmetic services.

12. Build and maintain a strong patient base through excellent service and patient satisfaction.

13. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

1 4. Ensure compliance with medical regulations and confidentiality requirements.

15. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.

16. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic.

17. Provide guidance and support to medical assistants.

18.Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to the improvement of clinic services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1.Medical degree from an accredited institution.

2. Board certification in dermatology.

3. Valid medical license to practice dermatology.

4. Proven experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

5. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in dermatological procedures.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.

8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on patient satisfaction.
