Job Description
Minimum of five (5) years experience in workforce management
Armed with three (3) years of experience in planning, forecasting, and scheduling in a BPO industry
Knowledge or experience in workforce management tools is an advantage
Computer literate in using MS Office
With strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong or Cubao
