Marketing Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitates issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
• Monitor and follow up emails and calls on requested policies, renewals and endorsements
• Updating of clients of their requested policies and other related documents
• Preparation of proposals/quotation of various lines for submission to clients
• Coordinates with insurance companies for the rates and approval of proposal/quotation.
• Issue and authenticate COC (Certificate of Cover) policy / Cover note.
• Booking of invoice/debit credit notes.
• Ensures accuracy on all details provided regarding the policy and is also should be within the Fair Market Value.
• Coordinates with Claims Department for immediate claims processing.
• Preparation of transmittal of policy notices to clients for delivery.
• Follow-up unpaid accounts.
• Monitor and collection of receivables from clients.
• Clerical and filing duties to maintain an organize record file.
• Other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
• At least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Communications or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to establish rapport with clients and business partners
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Network building
• Critical thinking and stern decisiveness
• Extensive product knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office
