Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent - 90% Non Voice Account at STACKph in Quezon City. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is essential for this role.

Qualifications

At least College Graduate
At least Have 3 Months Customer Facing Experience
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Computer Literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively multitask and problem-solve
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
Salary:
23.000,00 ₱ Monthly
