Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include performance of general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports, ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards and requirements, writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required, coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site, collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to develop effective store layouts that align with brand image and business goals, analyze sales data to inform store layout decisions, create detailed floor plans for retail stores, stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and monitor and evaluate the performance of store layouts, among others.
