Job Description
Your key responsibilities:
Process many accounts with speed and accuracy.
Record and update customer information with precision.
Provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving.
Needed Qualifications:
At least six months of experience in a complex customer service back-office admin role.
At least one year of experience with customer data in finance, banking, or pensions.
K-12 graduate (new curriculum) or 2nd-year college completed (old curriculum).
