Job Description

The Recruitment Mobilization Specialist is responsible for overseeing the mobilization process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. This role involves managing documentation, medical bookings, and candidate communication, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.

We are looking for Recruitment Mobilization Team Members! (to start asap)
(Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Key Responsibilities:

- Format candidate CVs to align with company and client standards.
- Edit and review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule and arrange pre-employment medical appointments for candidates.
- Follow up on medical results to ensure timely receipt.
- Upload medical results into the relevant systems and databases.
- Maintain and update the mobilization tracker with candidate status and progress.
- Follow up with candidates to obtain any pending documents required for mobilization.
- Prepare comprehensive mobilization packs for candidates, including all necessary information and documentation.
- Regularly communicate with candidates to ensure they are informed and prepared for mobilization.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative Experience.
- At least 1 year of International Recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Proficiency in using relevant recruitment software and systems.

Our office is conveniently located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We welcome applicants from Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City, and nearby areas.
