DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and data
processing
• Develop and implement plans / programs, policies and procedures for application
selection, system development and computer systems operations
• Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation.
• Forecast costs, equipment and personnel needs for projects and programs as required
and related to IT operations.
• Develop, manage and control annual budgets for IT projects.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure of information technology projects.
• Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, and cost and time
lines.
• Monitor and track IT Project targets and deliverables to ensure quality standards
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on
investment (ROI).
HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND NETWORK MAINTENANCE:
IT MANAGER

• Manage troubleshoot schedule of hardware, software and network operating system to
ensure technology is accessible
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
• Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking
classes, and recommend the implementation of new technologies or upgrades.
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic
computing, and disaster recovery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software,
Electrical Engineering
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in managerial role
• Must have experience in Food Industry
• Must have experience in POS (Point of Sale)
PREFERRED:
• Outstanding and proven track record of delivering successful information technology
system programs and extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a
similar industry.
• Relevant industrial experience (particularly experience gained within the fields of project
management, technical support, systems programming or computer operations)
