Logistic Support Provider

- Helps Logistics Staff in receiving items from deliveries through Warehouse.
- Support Logistics staff in conducting Physical Inventory and Cyclic Counts by performing the following tasks:
- Performs actual physical count (Physical Inventory) or cyclic count and fill-out count sheets for submission to Logistic Supervisor; do Physical Inventory with a representative from Audit Department; conduct cyclic count with Logistics and/or Service Supervisors, as witness
- Prepares Adjustment Form for requests on inventory adjustments.
- Monitors stock movement/inventory turn-over.
- Assists in providing feedback on stock inquiries and updating different Google Sheets monitoring
- Assists in monitoring and following-up Branch Outs.
- Adhere to customer, client and contractor rules, policy and procedures always.
- Performs other tasks given by, and requested by client through, contracted Technical Service Coordinator-Trainer from time-to-time
