Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing timelines, tracking messages, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Tracking timelines and generating daily status reports to keep the executive team informed of key updates and project milestones.
- Monitoring and reporting on executive messages, ensuring that all communications are promptly addressed and updated.
- Taking detailed notes during sessions, summarizing key points, and suggesting actionable steps to keep projects moving forward.
- Maintaining an organized and accessible file system that allows the team to quickly find and utilize important documents.
- Developing clear training guides for workflows, ensuring that team members can easily follow procedures and best practices.
- Proofreading and editing scripts, helping to polish and refine creative content.
- Providing general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
