SAP Business One Management
Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Business One.
Ensure the integration of SAP Business One with other business systems.
Provide technical support and training for SAP Business One users.
POS Implementation Leadership
Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of the POS system.
Collaborate with the IT Supervisor to ensure successful deployment.
Oversee the integration of the POS system with existing IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the POS system.
System Monitoring and Security
Monitor system performance and reliability.
Implement and oversee security protocols to protect data and systems.
Conduct regular system audits and backups.
Supervisory Duties
Lead and mentor a team of junior IT staff.
Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of projects.
Provide training and development opportunities for IT staff.
Technical Support
Provide second and third-level support for IT issues.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation
Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and project status.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
