Location: Makati City (Onsite)
Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities:
1. Function as the main point of contact of the assigned member/participating institutions on client’s products and services and applicable policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate with assigned member/participating institutions to identify and promote services that would help meet their objectives and serve their clients better.
3. Prepare an annual Relationship Management Plan based on strategic directions and requests from the member/participating institutions as inputs to the plan.
4. Together with the Product Manager and other subject-matter experts, the RM conducts product presentations and presides discussions for the member/participating institutions’ understanding of the products and services and the end-to-end onboarding journey.
5. Assist and guide the assigned member/participating institutions in the onboarding journey for them to be enabled in the client services.
6. Ensure that applicable contracts and pre-requisites are in place before implementing to production. Subsequently, perform relationship management functions if the member/participating institution is still affiliated
7. Manage projects when onboarding new member/participating institutions. Conduct kick-off and cadence meetings, track progress and submit status reports.
8. Assist the assigned member/participating institutions on their requests, queries, and problems. Coordinate with different departments and partners on the resolution of concerns and complaints raised by the assigned member/participating institutions. Escalate to the next higher level any requirement/issue/problem that he/she cannot resolve on his/her own.
9. Prepare regular reports as required by the Head of Business Development and Relationship Management Division, including but not limited to, minutes of meetings, weekly management report, twice-a-month issues and requests tracker, twice-a-month onboarding (project) status, monthly onboarding resource demand and monthly focus and accomplishments.
10. Provide input to the Corporate Communications and/or Product Management Team in the preparation and execution of Marketing Plans and/or Product/Service Launches and on opportunities for new products and services based on experiences and learning from the member/participating institutions
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Development and Relationship Management Division.
Salary:
70.000,00 ₱ Monthly
