Job Description
Receives and safeguards cash/check payments
Handles the issuance of official receipts for all payments due to the company.
Coordinates with the Collection Dept. on the accuracy and completeness of the insurance policy details before processing the payment.
Prepares the cash/check deposits to the bank for daily collection.
Coordinates with the Cash Clerk on the post-dated checks received and ensure that payment details are accurate and complete.
Ensures the completeness and safekeeping of company receipts both for VAT and non-VAT.
Prints commission slips and voucher reports to be forwarded to Accounting Dept. for preparation of commission checks due to agents both for HO and branches.
Ensures submitted reports are complete and balanced.
Attends to inquiries of external and internal clients
