Job Description

Sunshine Multi Plus Corporation is a commercial and industrial pumps, electrical materials and general merchandise that values expertise and fosters a collaborative work environment.

As an Business Development Officer at Sunshine Multi Plus Corporation, you will be a key player in our team, contributing to the design, create, and maintenance of the company's operations systems for easier execution.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for business growth in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and evaluate potential business ventures.
Generate new leads and prospects through networking, industry events, and other business development activities.
Analyze data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions and business planning.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the company's needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Accounting.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a proactive and innovative approach to business development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Salary:
23.000,00 ₱ Monthly
