Scope & Responsibilities:

▪ Assist customers with technical issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.
▪ Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
▪ Maintain and update customer information as needed.
▪ Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.
▪ Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.

Required Qualifications:

▪ At least high school diploma or GED.
▪ Strong computer navigational skills.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
▪ Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.
▪ Customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

▪ Previous technical support experience is a plus.
