Job Description:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store while
actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the business. This role requires a strategic thinker
with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order merchandise, and manage stock to meet customer demand.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving
opportunities.
