Job Description

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
4. Strong client-facing and communication skills.
5. Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer service.
6. Experience in the information technology is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality customer service by answering customer inquiries efficiently and politely with correct and complete information and redirecting them where appropriate.
2. Provide first-level support for all technical and functional queries related to website and mobile applications.
3. Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and communicate them to the appropriate teams for further improvements.
4. Collaborate with technology teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
5. Continuously learn to keep up-to-date with changes and developments to services and procedures.
6. Maintain confidentiality of the company’s customers and data.
7. Agree to work in shifts and adapt to the company's scheduling
8. Keep abreast with the latest changes to any of the company’s procedures and new policies.
9. Handle sudden rush of inquiries, stressful periods, and customer pressure.
10. Adhere to the shift schedule and avoid tardiness.
Salary:
27.000,00 ₱ Monthly
