Job Description

✓ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
✓ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense
control.
✓ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong presence.
✓ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status.
✓ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs.
✓ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills by setting objectives, coaching and
performance monitoring.
✓ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
✓ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
✓ Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationship.
✓ Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
✓ Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
✓ Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financial.
✓ Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
✓ Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company
strategies and operations.
✓ Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
✓ Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
✓ Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
Needed Skills
✓ Excellent Management, Leadership and Team player Skills.
✓ No issue with domestic and regional travelling.
✓ Good communications skills
✓ Handles “pressure situations” with a professional demeanor
✓ Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering. With experience in selling engineering products
✓ With at least 5 years’ experience of selling engineering products (steel fabricated products / metal
fabrication), is a plus.
✓ With good technical understanding of engineering technical drawings and metal fabrication.
✓ Experience in Sales/Marketing in the steel industry a big advantage.
Work location- Davao Del Norte but willing to travel nationwide.
He/she should be able to speak Bisaya.
