Does canvassing of price and terms of indirect materials suppliers and places PO to qualified suppliers.
Monitors delivery of indirect materials
Does price and term negotiation with suppliers
Does audits of Suppliers on a regular basis
Sourcing of new suppliers or multi-sources of existing materials
