Job Description
Your Role:
The Team Lead oversees the production process—from creation, development, and delivery of projects—for the Social Media Team. Apart from managing production, they also manage the team members’ performance through mentoring and coaching. The TL also works hand in hand with the L&D partner in implementing the New Hire Training curriculum.
What you will you do:
Lead and manage a team of social media specialists to develop and implement social media strategies.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns across various platforms.
Prioritizing orders in the production queue and assigning them among the team as necessary
Addressing team concerns and issues such as attendance-related offenses, shift scheduling, and overall team dynamics
Mentoring, teaching, motivating, and continuously giving feedback to new hires
Regularly communicating with internal and external clients to provide status updates
Monitoring all clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring they are met during every shift
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience in leading a team of content creators (copywriter, copy editor, Social Media Associates, or SEO Associates).
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team.
Willing to work on night shifting schedule
