Job Description
Are you a skilled DevOps Engineer with a passion for ensuring the robustness, scalability, and security of enterprise infrastructure? Join our dynamic team and work under the guidance of our DevOps Lead, collaborating closely with clients' IT and technical teams to support massive amounts of critical data with virtually zero downtime.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Infrastructure Engineering
- Designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Integrating with client cloud or on-prem systems and automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensuring infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available.
- Overseeing virtual networking, data pipelines, and database management for performance and data integrity.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Developing strategies for system reliability and uptime.
- Automating processes for efficiency and implement monitoring for proactive issue resolution.
- Conducting performance tuning, load testing, and capacity planning.
- Working with development teams to ensure application reliability and scalability.
DevOps Engineering
- Managing deployment procedures and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Conducting load testing to ensure applications handle traffic efficiently.
Collaboration & Communication
- Working with the DevOps Lead and team to develop internal systems and best practices.
- Communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
As a DevOps Engineer, you need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience as DevOps Engineer or similar role in a cloud environment
- Expertise in CI/CD, content delivery for web apps, high availability, disaster recovery, and scaling web applications
- Strong knowledge of virtual networking, data pipelines at scale, database management at scale, and logging & monitoring
- Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
- Strong external communication skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients
- Quick learning agility and a strong sense of initiative
It's not required but it would be great if you have hands-on experience with:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc)
Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Philippine time
