Job Description
1. EDUCATION
> Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology or related discipline
2. EXPERIENCE
> Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing direction, support, and training as needed.
* Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
* Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
