Job Description
As the Company’s representative, your role is to understand what makes OODC the right choice for the clients, and to clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with the Company.
You will identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
You will handle the end-to-end sales process using a consultative approach to understanding the unique needs of our clients to tailor the solutions to meet their requirements.
You will develop and manage your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals with clients in various industries.
You will initiate and manage effective relationships with developed leads continuously.
You will actively collaborate with cross-functional leaders in aligning the clients’ requirements with the team’s deliverables.
You will be reporting to the Director of Sales to evaluate market research and adjust new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Qualifications:
To do well as a Corporate Sales Executive, the person we are looking for should have the following preferred qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is preferred but not required
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least three (3) years of experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, who is excited to meet new connections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A lifelong learner who is excited to put his/her learnings into action.
Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
