Job Description
Location: Both Gilmore & Pasig Site
Work Set up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: 50k to 55k max salary offer

Job Requirements:
- Must be a College Degree in any course
- at least 2-3 years experience in Workforce Management
- Experience with forecasting and scheduling
- With supervisory experience handling Lead Real Time Analyst or Lead Workforce Lead
- Experience in handling all LOB (Email, chat and voice).
- Amenable to work both Gilmore and Ortigas.
- Willing to start ASAP
