The company was formed in year 2004 as an exclusive distributor for Colgate-Palmolive Phils., Inc. for Negros Occidental and has expanded later to Dumaguete City. We have offices with warehouses that are located in PDI Shopping, Monde Vista, Monde Dumaguete, Barangay Bata and Barangay Banago, Bacolod City and Dumaguete City. There are more than 700 employees all around Negros Occidental and we continue to grow and expand. Our other businesses and companies are iMart convenience stores, Caltex (gasoline stations), and Chris Sports (sports accessories). Job Description

EMPLOYEE RELATION
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and Systems.
• Developing and Implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Report to HR Manager regarding the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Assist the HR Manager in bridging the management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
• Prepares documentation of employees for training
• Assist the HRM in organizing and conducting pre-orientation for newly hires.

• Coordinates the Operation Managers (OM) and/or Sales Supervisors or any department heads on the endorsement of a new hire for hands- on- training, and or other related activities.
• Assist the HRM in conducting validation –evaluation of training period to employees through feedback system from time to time.
• Promoting an open knowledge- sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
• Assist the HRM to administer the Performance Evaluation for Regular, and Probationary Based Employees

ADMINISTRATIVE

• Requesting Monthly Load Allowance every 4th of the Month to Bravehearts approved by the President/ CEO
• Maintain daily updating of RASTA (COOP)
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Human capital
• Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Perform routine clerical work such as filling, typing, sorting of inter- office documentations reports, as well as outgoing and incoming correspondences
• Conducts regular and updating 201 file of employees
• Weekly Template Reports regarding Resignation, Transfer, Terminations, AWOL and New Hires
• Prepare memos as needed

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Assist the HRM in preparing the documentations to facilitate quarterly evaluation of employees
• Coordinates with the Departmental heads of the evaluation schedule of employees
• Assist the HRM in tracking and monitoring the performance of probationary employees

RECOGNITION AND REWARDS

• Assist the HRM in creating and developing rewards that may help to boost employee’s motivation commitment to perform based on required productivity standard.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

• Assist the CEO/ HRM / OM / DSS for orientation of employees’ duties and responsibilities.
• Assist the HRM in cascading of the company policies, rules and regularizations and code of discipline of the organizations to the employees
• Coordinates with various departments with regards to the issues and concerns as raised by employees
• Assist the HRM in developing and implementing programs, that will build a high level of discipline and engagement among employees
• Assist in managing HR policies and Employee life Cycle.
Salary:
13.000,00 ₱ Monthly
