Job Description
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our Tech Campaign
document customer interactions and follow-up actions
Needed Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Six months of experience in a similar role
Good typing skills and familiarity with software applications
