Job Description

We are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to be assigned onsite and on a graveyard shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be the Boss of Books for Our Clients
* Keep track of financial records and transactions for multiple clients
* Reconcile bank statements
* Categorize and expense transactions appropriately
* Perform journal entries for expense and revenue recognition
* Create and manage budgets for client businesses
* Maintain up-to-date client account files
2. Crunch Numbers Like a Champ
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients
* Conduct financial reviews and audits for clients
3. Smooth Sailing
* Streamline accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
* Use accounting software tools to automate tasks
4. Treasure Hunt
* Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities
* Help clients set financial goals and create action plans
5. Be a Team Hero
* Provide expert advice to clients on tax strategies and compliance
* Train and mentor junior staff on best practices
6. Problem Solver Extraordinaire
* Reconcile any discrepancies or errors in client accounts
* Consult with clients to resolve accounting and financial issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
* At least 5 (+)years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent MS Excel skills; Top-notch with numbers and eagle-eyed attention to detail.
* Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, or other accounting business software.
* Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
* A can-do attitude and a self-starter that doesn't need a lot of supervision
* Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
* Good problem solver & with a Positive attitude
* Detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
* Flexible with the tasks that will be assigned especially on the client's need
* Must be willing to work onsite, graveyard shift, and holidays
* Can start immediately
