Provide top-notch customer service to clients of Premium Telco.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate

6 Months BPO Experience (mixed background)
