Job Description

The Property Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive living experience for tenants, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring that the property management company meets its tenant satisfaction and retention goals. involves overseeing real estate properties' operations, maintenance, and financial aspects on behalf of property owners or property management companies. Here are the primary responsibilities commonly associated with this role.

Tenant Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns related to their leases, maintenance requests, and community amenities.
Conflict Resolution: Address tenant complaints and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively, aiming to maintain positive relationships and high tenant satisfaction levels.
Tenant Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate tenant move-ins, and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize tenants with property rules, amenities, and community policies.
Property Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinating regular maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with safety standards. Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and repairs, keeping tenants informed throughout the process.
Tenant Feedback and Surveys: Gather tenant feedback through surveys, focus groups, or other means to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Tenant Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant retention rates, such as loyalty programs, personalized service offerings, and proactive communication.
Emergency Response: Serve as a point of contact during emergencies or crises affecting tenants, providing support and timely communication to ensure tenant safety and well-being.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, complaints, and resolutions. Please prepare reports on tenant satisfaction, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics for management to look over.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in building facilities or corporate buildings.
In-depth understanding of property management practices, building operations, building systems, and maintenance practices
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours
Willing to handle multiple sites
Willing to work on-site
