Job Description
> Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
> Focuses sales efforts by understanding existing partners and unleash potential volume requirements and projects.
> Develop new accounts by understanding the nature of company business and able to size up new potential business opportunities that an account executive can work independently through basis strategies.
> Submit orders by referring to price lists and product.
> Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
> Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information such as pricing products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
> Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
> Provides historical reports by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
> Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
