Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years of Customer Service experience in a BPO or call center environment (preferably with voice, chat & email experience) handling US programs is required, particularly billing/financial/accounting.
- Knowledge on US tax policy is a plus.
- At least 2 years of college education or a Senior High School graduate.
- Available to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
