Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Lexxus Medicare Member clients
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with account-related concerns
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer issues
Needed Qualifications
College Graduates with or without experience
You should have completed two years in College. You should also have six months of customer service experience and one year of BPO experience.
Excellent English communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
