Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries as needed.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Salary:
