Company Driver

 Pick and drop company staff, officers, or installers from/to desired destinations
 Drive employees to the hospital during an emergency
 May be required to drive outside of regular hours in daylight, at night, and on weekends
 May be assigned to Stay-In Project as necessary
 Must be discreet in all matters related to the assignment, including confidential information seen or
heard
 Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle as well as the protection of the vehicle
 Monitor and ensure the PMS (Preventive Maintenance of the Vehicle) such as changing oil and related
maintenance
 Process annual vehicle registration
 Perform minor company vehicle repairs or immediately coordinate with partner Service Provider
 Ensure that all company vehicles will undergo maintenance (check-up) per vehicle maintenance
standards
 Arrange for periodic inspections of vehicles in use
 Must maintain the official vehicle in a clean, polished, and flawless operating condition
 Must report any problems related to the functioning and maintenance of the vehicle to the Facilities
and Admin Officer
