Junior 3DS Max Modeller

We have an immediate requirement for a creative, reliable, and results-driven Junior 3DS Max Modeller to join our team to create a variety of 3D environmental assets for projects.

Requirements:

- Undertake production tasks as directed and deliver quality 3D outputs on time and within budget.
- Provide reliable time estimates for assigned tasks.
- Monitor progress against agreed timelines and provide estimates of remaining work.
- Identify and escalate risks to the delivery of assigned work.
- Provide input to technical design as required.
- Participate in quality reviews as required.
- Identify opportunities to develop tools and reuse work from other projects to maximise the productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to agreed quality processes and standards.
- Ensure accurate recording of time spent on assigned work.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the production process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Seek, use, and promote best practice methods and tools to improve the productivity and quality.

Qualifications & experience:

- A relevant qualification in Multimedia / Digital Art.
- Minimum 2 years applicable industry experience using 3DS Max and Photoshop.
- Proven experience developing for real-time 3D engines (Low Poly Game design, Game modifications, Visualisation real-time rendering).
- Working knowledge of CAD, Civil Design and Architectural software packages.
- Knowledge of current best practice 3D modelling tools and methods.
- Strong time management, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, and work collaboratively
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility in different situations and ability to adapt to change.
- High level of personal drive and self-motivation.
- Artistically minded and technically capable of applying new technologies and concepts.
