Job Description

A. Education:
- Must be a Graduate of BS in Business Marketing or any related field preferred
B. Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in sales.
I. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
II. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understands customer needs and provides tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
III. Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals). Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
IV. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
V. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with the customer service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
