Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact center operators.
- They provide leadership, coaching and support to their team.
- Develop plans to achieve the call or contact center targets.
Qualifications:
- Has at least 1 year experience managing Inbound or Outbound Campaign
- Proven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO Industry
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficient in writing reports and business correspondences
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
- Salary:
