Job Description
- At least 2nd year college completed.
- At least 3-5 years solid experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a BPO setup.
- Extensive experience in any of the following: Sales, Insurance, or Chat.
- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang office.
Work set-up: Onsite, Alabang
Work schedule: To be discussed (usually morning to mid shift)
