Job Description
- Candidate must be willing to handle 7 - 8 Employee
- Candidate must be willing to do field work / Branch roving to check Facilities or other activities
- Candidate MUST can be read plan / Work Plan
SALARY RANGE: 45k - 50k
WORK LOCATIONS: GREENSUN MAKATI
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SAT (ONSITE)
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any four (4) year course
2. Highly organized in terms of planning, scheduling of jobs, task, projects to be
completed
3. With at least 5 to 7 year experiences in handling projects
4. Must maintain and carry out professionalism and values of the company
5. Excellent communication and negotiating skills
6. Must be a self-started, organized and pay close attention to detail
7. Firm but possesses an up-beat and positive personality
8. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
9. Ability to develop effective solutions, techniques and practices needed to coming
up with standards, protocols on ordering and delivery of supplies, materials, etc.
etc. also on monitoring of projects
10. MS Office proficiency
