Engineering and Service Manager Cebu Based

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in Cebu branch office

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• With at least 10 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management.
• Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning.
• With at least five (5) years of customer service experience as a Manager.
• With experience in after-sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management.
• Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service.
• High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organizes, plans, and coordinates all after-sales activities of the department.
• Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
• Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
• Negotiates service contracts.
• Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires.
• Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
• Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid.
• Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service.
• Works hand in hand with customer’s installation and maintenance engineers until every major.
• Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.

Salary Range (Php): 55k-60k
