Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and operational performance of the company
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business objective
- Foster culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Ensures compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's assets and reputation
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance update to the management team
- Enhance customer experience by streamlining processes and improving service delivery
- Address and resolve any operational issues impacting client satisfaction

Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant degree is preferred
- At least 8+ years of experience of operational management or in banking and financial services
