Job Description

Job Summary:
He/She is the business representative and oversees the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the client needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities.



Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
2.Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients
3.Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
4.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and client stakeholders
5.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
6.Produce BOM/BOQ based on the specification provided by the technical team
7.Price negotiation with client
8.Produce Bid Documents
9.Produce Project Documents related to commercial matter
10.Prepare and present professional sales presentations including proposals, estimates, and contracts
11.Liaise between internal and external stakeholders during project operation from initiation to closing
12.Maintain and grow the company’s sales pipeline
13.Promote and sell company’s products and services
14.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field
2.2+ years’ proven experience as Account Manager in the IT or Cybersecurity industry
3.Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Project management skills
6. Strong organizational skills specifically on time management
7. Team player
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
