Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information and solutions related to HR Shared Services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications
At least a college degree or 12 years of education.
You also need two years of customer-facing experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for customer service.
