Job Description

Position: AU Accountant/Bookkeeper
Location: Angeles City (Onsite job opportunity)
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume clients and be proficient in using various accounting software including Reckon, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records for a portfolio of clients.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Prepare and file BAS, IAS, and other compliance reports.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Generate financial reports and statements for clients.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to clients.
Liaise with clients to address queries and provide financial advice.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AU accounting or bookkeeping.
Proven experience with Reckon, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
Ability to manage a high volume of clients efficiently.
Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
