Job Description

Description
Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service by addressing credit card inquiries and concerns, including but not limited to requests for annual membership fee waivers, billing and charges, card delivery, and other credit card-related items.
The job also involves communicating with customers in Filipino or Taglish.

Qualifications (Non negotiable)
Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education (this can be undergraduate, associate, or diploma programs, as long as it's 2 years).

Must have at least 3 months of call center experience. We also consider experience in chat/email support or any job that involves speaking to customers over the phone, such as telemarketing or collections in a lending company.

Communication Skills Requirements
Applicants must have NO REGIONAL ACCENT, and their pronunciation should be clear and understandable. They should also demonstrate confidence, possess good listening skills, comprehend questions effectively, and provide relevant answers and explanations.
Salary:
19.500,00 ₱ Monthly
