Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide financial services.
Make and take calls with expertise.
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.
Needed Qualifications:
Must have completed at least two years of tertiary education.
You need at least three months of call center experience.
Good communication and listening skills. And you should be able to provide relevant answers with confidence.
